From a duplicated native MVP to a single React Native app that's easier to evolve.
The project
Maintaining two native apps, one for iOS and one for Android, doubles the work for every new feature. Pie, a tax app for the self-employed, had an MVP built that way. As founding engineer, I restructured the app in React Native, with a single codebase for both platforms, and refactored the agent dashboard.
