ActivateStaff
The platform migration that opened the door to major clients and millions of dollars in revenue.
The project
ActivateStaff, a white-label staffing platform in Canada and the United States, ran on third-party systems, and that held back bigger clients. I led the migration of everything to an in-house platform, with its own mobile and web apps. With the technology in-house, the company started landing major players, putting millions of dollars in the bank.
